COVID-19 Update
During this difficult time, we are working to reduce the need for our clients to appear in court. We are working to waive your appearance for already existing court dates and will inform you when this occurs.
- It is very helpful if you keep us updated with your most current contact information so we can communicate with you.

- If you have an existing court date and haven’t heard from our office about your appearance being waived, please call our office at 561-355-7500.
Additionally, if you need our office appointed to represent you in a new case, please follow this link Public Defender Application. Once you print and complete the form you can scan and email it to our office at pdaffidavits@pd15.org and we will forward it to the Palm Beach County Clerk for determination of your status. Or you can deliver the completed form to our office location in West Palm Beach, Belle Glade, Gun Club, North County (Palm Beach Gardens) or South County (Delray). For directions click the location
